Transcripts
How do I get a copy of my transcripts?
Transcripts can be ordered directly through the Office of the Registrar. Available options include E-transcript, Mail Transcript and Replacement Diploma. Click here for direct link.
A transcript is a listing of all the courses you have taken, your grades, major, and the date of your graduation, if applicable. You will need an official transcript to apply to another college, university, or if your employer wants verification that you graduated.
- The cost is $7.00 per transcript.
- Paper transcripts will be mailed, and E-Transcripts (certified PDF) will be emailed.
- If ordering an E-Transcript, it is recommended that you have it delivered directly to the receiver. It will no longer be official (certified) if you download, save, and attach in an email.
- Only courses that have had official grades posted will display on the transcript. In-progress courses will not display.
Diplomas
When will I receive my diploma?
Paper diplomas will be mailed, to your home address, approximately 6-8 weeks after final grades post, after the Registrar's Office has verified the completion of all degree requirements.
If there are any outstanding issues that will prevent you from graduating, the Registrar's Office will notify you by mail and email. Visit the Registrar's page on Diplomas.
WCU Email
When will my WCU email expire?
Your WCU student email address is connected to active enrollment at WCU and will expire 6 months following graduation or unenrollment. To stay connected, we recommend completing the survey below with a personal email to avoid any gaps in communication.
